Oxford Street, London

For our biggest Pleasing collaboration to date, we took over The Corner shop at Selfridges, Oxford Street, transforming it into an art nouveau-inspired theatrical extravaganza. For the launch of Harry Styles’s new range of perfumes the brand went all-out.

Alongside bespoke furniture veneered in walnut, handcrafted brass clothing racks, gold leaf detailing and faux tiles so convincing we had B&Q fooled…and not forgetting the magical kinetic window displays.

Working under the consult of Savage Innovations we fabricated the show-stopping frames with fairground lighting, a spray finish and beautiful brass laminate bases. Within was a complex web of steel, mechanics, electro magnets and circuit boards which made each frame rock in time with the next every two minutes to mirror the rocking of the uniquely shaped perfume bottles.
